CANCELLATION POLICY

All experiences organized by Estate in Salento can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days from the start date. If for any reason you should encounter problems that could prevent you from participating in the experience, the Estate in Salento team will do everything possible to meet your needs and, if necessary, arrange for a different date. This communication, as for cancellation, must necessarily take place within 7 days before the experience takes place. In the event that the booked experience is not available due to restrictions due to Covid-19, Estate in Salento will immediately give the customer the opportunity to opt for a postponement of the experience to a new date, the issuing of a gift card valid for 12 months, or a refund of the entire amount paid, depending on the customer's preference. The same policy is adopted in the case of customers unable to travel because they are in quarantine. In these specific cases, proof certifying the quarantine status is required. Anything that concerns reasons of force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions for the experiences that are affected), in the event that our professional deems it necessary to cancel the experience, even if only for safety reasons, you will be notified with at least 24 hours in advance and you will immediately be offered a date change, if desired, or a refund of the entire amount paid. The purchase of a gift card valid for 12 months or a value voucher does not provide a refund, without prejudice to the normal right of withdrawal, upon written communication, pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), within 14 days from the date on which you received the code which, obviously, must not have been redeemed. Estate in Salento guarantees the reimbursement of the amount paid for the purchase of an experience with a date set up to 7 days from the date of the experience. Once the request has been processed, please allow up to approximately 15 working days for the amount due to be credited.
