Vinilia is an ancient residence dating back to the early 1900s when it was destined to be the summer residence of the noble Schiavoni family.

Today, after a careful and refined conservative restoration activity, carried out by the Parisi Lacaita family, it is preparing to become a point of reference for hospitality and an authentic experience in the land of Primitivo.

Vinilia is in Manduria, in the Scrasciosa district, in the heart of Salento, in Puglia, in the land of the Messapi, among expanses of olive trees and primitive, a few steps from the sea and not far from the mouth of the Chidro river. A neo-medieval style manor with its dominant tower and four lateral turrets, with its imposing battlements like embroidery lost between the blue of the sky and the green of the countryside, standing out in a landscape that forces reflection, getting lost in the variations of red sunset and the pantones of dawn, which can be enjoyed from the garden or with your nose up in the observation tower.

The recovery in Vinilia has become an architectural and style choice to enrich itself with an ethical awareness aimed at the protection and active conservation of the local identity heritage. All the materials found in the old original structure were reused and others were searched for by wandering around markets and second-hand shops, restoring dignity and rediscovering the history hidden in each piece that today makes up the complex mosaic that gives style and soul to Vinilia.

The austerity of the Castle is softened by the natural familiarity of all the rooms. A melting pot of vintage and pop furnishings, design pieces, furnishings dating back to the '50s and '60s.
